Creating Your Own Guidelines
Based on the information presented to you in this section, you will create your own guidelines for selecting multicultural literature for your classroom. Click on Multicultural Literature Chart, print a copy of the chart, and complete your plan. Note that the Florida Standards address the need for multicultural literature at each grade level.
